PointOne places the highest priority on compliance with privacy and security regulations regarding the use, disclosure, and safeguarding of confidential health care information. Our product design and employee compliance policies make sure data is safe and secure at all times. Our 3-part commitment places the highest priority on privacy and security issues:
1. REDBOX does not store health data used to produce reports. This is unique to the REDBOX system and ensures privacy is maintained at all times. REDBOX Technology is designed to receive health data, analyze it, produce a report and then delete any health data received.
2. PointOne will never sell or share individual health data. Any individual’s health data sent to be analyzed by REDBOX is safe from being sold or shared with any other person, company or service. Under no conditions will PointOne sell or share individual health data information it receives in order to run a report.
3. PointOne adheres to and follows all regulatory requirements with respect to privacy and security issues. Since REDBOX does not store any health data, compliance with HIPAA or other related regulatory controls becomes simplified. However, PointOne constantly monitors any regulatory changes and immediately implements such requirements into its own policies.
