A recent survey at Carl’s hospital system showed that patient satisfaction improved dramatically if (1) doctors were more prepared when talking with patients and (2) patients received a report after a visit. Carl contacted PointOne to produce one-page patient summary reports for physicians before every patient visit and also one for the patient when he/she leaves. The reports provide physicians with necessary insights prior to a discussion with patients and patients left satisfied with information about their visit and health history.
